Bottom line: I’m really happy with these plates and would definitely get them again. I ordered them from dowan and they’ve been great for everyday use. They have a nice weight to them, solid enough to feel well-made, but not so heavy that they’re annoying to carry around or stack in the cabinet. I can’t stand plates that feel overly bulky, and these aren’t like that at all. They also don’t have that cheap, flimsy feel. I’ve been using them daily and haven’t had any issues so far.

They got back to me really quickly and sorted out my issue without making it a big hassle. Didnt have to go back and forth forever, which I appreciated.

Everything I ordered showed up correctly, which is obviously the main thing. It did take a bit longer than I expected, but nothing too crazy. As long as you’re not in a rush, it’s fine

At first it looked fine, but after just a short time I started noticing scratches way too easily. I wasn’t doing anything rough with it either, so it’s disappointing. I expected it to hold up better, and at this point I’d really like this looked into because it doesn’t seem normal.

I ordered a set of bowls from dowan.com, i wasn’t totally sure if I’d end up using them that much, but they’ve pretty much been in daily rotation since they arrived. They feel sturdy without being too heavy, and the sizes are more useful than I expected. I’ve put them in the dishwasher and microwave plenty of times and haven’t had any problems so far. They also stack nicely, which is a bigger deal than I thought since my cabinet space is limited. Shipping was normal, nothing especially fast or exciting, but everything was packed well and arrived in good shape. I guess it depends on what you’re looking for, but for everyday use, I’m happy with them and would probably buy them again.

The bowls matched the listed size and work well for what I needed. They might be just a tiny bit smaller than I pictured, but overall I’m happy with them and would say they’re a solid buy.

I’ve been using these DOWAN bowls mostly for leftovers and soup, and yeah... they’ve been solid so far. They came out of the microwave fine, no weird hot spots that I noticed, and no cracks or anything. Just easy to grab and use, which is kind of what I wanted. Happy with them.

I ordered these from DOWAN and the depth is prob my favorite thing about them. I’ve been using them for noodles, soup, big salads... pretty much everything, and nothing keeps spilling over the sides like my old bowls did. They’re simple, but super useful. Not massive or awkward either, just deep enough. Really happy with them, 5 stars from me.

I ordered a handful of bowls from dowan, and overall I’m happy with them. They look nice in person and feel sturdy, not like the cheap kind. Shipping took around what I expected, not super quick, but not painfully slow either. They were packed well, and thankfully none of them showed up broken, which I was a little worried about. I’d say the only reason I’m taking off a star is that the colors seemed slightly different from the pictures online. Not a huge deal, though. The quality still seems good, and I’d probably order from them again

I really like the finish on this. It’s smooth, smooth to the touch and has a nice shiny look without feeling too over the top.

It looks really clean and has that kind of handmade feel to it, not like some cheap mass-produced junk. Damn nice overall.

I wasn’t totally sure what to expect when I ordered these bowls, since colors online can be kind of hit or miss. But the shade looked just about the same as the photos on the site. No weird surprise or off color when they arrived. I guess I can’t complain, they look really nice in my kitchen.

I ordered a few bowls from dowan for my sister, and she ended up loving them. They’re really cute, but still practical... not the kind of gift that just gets shoved in a cupboard and forgotten. The packaging was fine too, and everything arrived in one piece. I’d definitely buy from them again when I need an easy housewarming or birthday gift.

I’ve bumped them around in the sink a couple of times, which usually leaves chips on some cheaper bowls I’ve bought from other brands, but these still look good so far. I can’t say yet how they’ll do long term, but compared to others I’ve tried, they feel solid. Overall, I’m happy with them. 4 stars.

Shipping cost was okay overall. Not great, not terrible. I just kind of wish it had been a little cheaper, but it felt fair enough.

Got the replacement and it was fine. That thing arrived without any issues, so I’m happy enough with it...

Ordered from DOWAN it showed up way quicker than I thought it would. Packaging was fine, nothing smashed or messed up, which is more than I can say for some of the other delivery clowns out there. The update emails were easy to follow, no annoying hassle, no dumb runaround. Happy with the whole thing.

I got my refund without any hassle, so I don’t have any complaints. People can say what they want, but my experience was smooth and straightforward.

Some of the pieces look really great, but others feel kind of rushed. I don’t know if someone was trying to get them out the door too fast, but the quality isn’t consistent
